How to Configure Order Acceptance Settings

As a Tec.Delivery merchant, you can manage your order acceptance preferences through your dashboard

This guide explains how to set up automatic or manual order acceptance.

Steps to Configure Order Settings:

  1. Access Dashboard

  • Sign in to your Tec.Delivery merchant dashboard

  • View your sales overview and performance metrics

  1. Navigate to Settings

  • Find the Configuration menu on the left sidebar

  • Select "Order Settings"

  1. Adjust Accept/Reject Parameters

  • Locate the Accept/Reject Order toggle switch

  • Enable the toggle to allow manual order acceptance

  • Disable activate automatic order acceptance

  • Set your preferred order acceptance timeframe

  1. Store-Specific Settings

  • Go to Store's section

  • Select the specific store location

  • Find Configuration tab

  • Scroll to the Order Management section

  • Customize acceptance settings for each store

Important Notes:

  • The system will automatically cancel orders not accepted within the set timeframe.

  • You can set different acceptance rules for different store locations

  • Manual acceptance gives you more control over order flow

  • Automatic acceptance can help during high-volume periods

With these settings properly configured, you'll have full control over your order management process while maintaining efficient operations.
