Setting Up Merchant Availability Schedule in Tec.Delivery

This guide will help you set specific time slots for different days of the week.

Overview

Tec.Delivery allows flexible scheduling options for merchants, including:

  • Full-time availability

  • Specific time slots per day

  • Closed days

  • Multiple time slots per day

  • Order limits per time slot

Step-by-Step Configuration Guide

1. Access Merchant Settings

  1. Log into your Tec.Delivery admin dashboard

  2. Navigate to 'Merchants' in the left sidebar

  3. Select the merchant store you want to configure

2. Navigate to Configuration

  1. Click on the 'Configuration' tab

  2. Scroll to find 'Timewise availability'

3. Set Availability Type

Choose between two options:

  • Full Time: Store operates all day on selected days

  • Specific Time: Custom time slots for each day

4. Configure Daily Schedule

For specific time slots:

  1. Mark Closed Days

    • Check 'Closed All Day' for any non-operating days

  2. Set Operating Hours

    • Select 'Specific Time' for each operating day

    • Enter start and end times in the dialog box

    • Format: Hours and minutes (HH:MM)

  3. Add Multiple Time Slots

    • Click the plus icon to add additional slots

    • Set different times for lunch breaks or shift changes

  4. Set Order Limits (Optional)

    • Specify maximum orders per time slot

    • Select 'Don't set any value' for unlimited orders

5. Save and Update

  • Click 'Close' after setting slots for each day

  • Review all settings before final confirmation

  • Update existing slots as needed for schedule changes

  • Review schedules regularly

  • Consider peak hours when setting time slots

  • Adjust order limits based on capacity

  • Keep holiday schedules updated

  • Communicate changes to customers in advance
