Managing User Roles in Tec.Delivery Administration

As a Tec.Delivery marketplace admin, you can assign and manage different roles for your team members. Here's your complete guide.

Accessing Role Management

  1. Access your Tec.Delivery Admin Dashboard

  2. Navigate to 'Configure' in the left sidebar

  3. Select 'User Settings'

  4. Click on 'Assigned Roles'

Creating New Roles

  1. Click 'Add' or use the three-dot menu to select 'Edit'

  2. In General Settings:

    • Enable 'View' permissions

    • Enable 'Edit' permissions as needed

    • Click 'Update' to save changes

Adding New Managers

  1. Go to the 'Managers' section

  2. Click 'Add'

  3. Enter the manager's details

  4. Assign specific merchant stores

  5. Confirm by clicking 'Add'

Setting Role Permissions

  1. Navigate to Configure > Roles

  2. Select the role you want to modify

  3. Click the three-dot menu and select 'Edit'

  4. Customize permissions across different areas:

    • General settings

    • Marketing capabilities

    • Order management

    • User settings

    • Catalog Access

    • Notification management

Manager Access

  • Managers can access their dashboard at the Tec.Delivery login page

  • They'll use their assigned email and password

  • Their access will be limited to their permitted functions
