Here's a step-by-step guide:
Log into your domain registrar's control panel (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
2. Find the DNS management section for your domain (usually called "DNS Management" or "Manage DNS")
3. In the DNS records section, you need to add three records:
A. First record (A record):
Type: A
Host: @
Value: [TEC.Delivery server IP address]
TTL: 1 hour (or 3600 seconds)
B. Second record (CNAME):
Type: CNAME
Host: admin
Value: [TEC.Delivery admin panel address]
TTL: 1 hour
C. Third record (CNAME):
Type: CNAME
Host: www
Value: [TEC.Delivery main address]
TTL: 1 hour
4. After configuring DNS records, go to your TEC.Delivery dashboard:
Find the "Company" Domains section
Add your domain in the format:
For admin panel: https://admin.yourdomain.com
For main website: https://www.yourdomain.com
5. Save the settings and wait. Changes typically take effect within 24-48 hours.
Important notes:
Double-check to enter all DNS records correctly.
Allow up to 48 hours for full activation
To check if your website is live, simply visit your configured domain
If the site doesn't load immediately, this is normal - you need to wait for DNS records to fully propagate
If you need specific values for the DNS records, please contact TEC.Delivery technical support.
