Set Up Store/Merchant

Follow these steps to set up your Merchant/Store

Go to your Admin Dashboard > Merchants > Click the "ADD/+" button.

Start to customize your Merchant Profile. Your Main Merchant Settings include:

  • Address

  • Type of Business

  • Tag

  • Business name

  • Description

  • Enable/Disable switching

  • Type of Merchant

In the Showcase chapter, add categories, products, and images and set competitive prices (Click the "ADD/+" button). Fill out all the fields with the requested information and click the "Save" button.

After the Merchant/Store is created, you can view it live by clicking on the Store website button.

Add and Manage Delivery Fee by custom Delivery Zones (Click the "ADD/+" button):

Configure the days and timezones that your business handles by clicking on the Store hours chapter:

Add your Business logo and a Homepage background in the chapter Image. Check the measurements of each of the photos and upload them.

Manage some additional parameters for your Merchant in the Advanced Settings chapter:

  • Alcohol warning

  • Free cutlery

  • Cooking time

  • Minimum order price

Add Business Contact information of your Merchant/Store representatives (Click the "ADD/+" button):

  • phone number

  • Name and Role

  • Email

In the section Access, you'll see and handle all Roles for your Business Merchant - administrations, business owners, and city managers.
